I have been using the services of Virginia Tech / Wake Forest SBES for a while now and I must say, they provide an average service. Their website, beam.vt.edu, is user-friendly but could use some improvements. The customer support is decent but sometimes takes longer to respond. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
