After a disappointing appointment at David's Bridal, Alicia, my future daughter-in-law, her mom, and I decided to stop at Vera's even though we did not have an appointment. Our experience at Vera's was a magical afternoon that the three of us will talk about always. Not only did Alicia find a dress, she found THE dress. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed, important, and appreciated. I cannot speak highly enough of Bridget, who from the start made it clear that she was ours for however long it took to find the perfect gown in a stress-free environment. We moms relaxed while Bridget did all of the work and Alicia was treated like a princess. Everyone at Vera's contributed to our experience. Tammy, one of the managers, joined us for a while and helped steer us with her motherly advice and expertise. At the end of our visit, we met Vera, who gave Alicia a warm hug. After Alicia said yes to the dress, Bridget fixed Alicia's hair to work with the perfect accompanying veil and brought her into different light to see the spectacular effect. Vera's has a grand staircase for memorable photos of the future bride in her perfect gown. I highly recommend Vera's if you want to find your perfect gown in a stress-free environment that makes you feel special. I will definitely go back to get my mother-of-the-groom dress there even though it is a four hour round trip drive for me.
