They asked me what my budget was, and it was 3k less than what they said the trip would go for. From then, I asked them to send me a quote so I can run it by my husband to see if we think it's worth it to spend the extra money. Black Tamato didn't even provide us with a quote because they were certain nothing could be done to accommodate a 13K budget. I was clear and very flexible with locations, dates, and open to any/all ideas to help us stay as close to budget as possible but if you tell them 16K MINIMUM is not necessarily ideal for your budget, you won't get service.

Disappointing and wouldn't recommend.
