Bad reservation process. I sent an email one month...

Bad reservation process. I sent an email one month in advance to reserve for Saturday brunch and I asked for a big bed. They emailed me back to confirm 2 single beds and they got my name wrong. I told them again we want a big bed and corrected my name but they replied once again with my name wrong. On the day of the brunch they openend at 13:10 instead of 13:00. At the door they asked for reservation and they could not find it because it was under the wrong name. Once we got to the restaurant they asked again for the reservation and then escorted us to the beach lady who again asked us for the reservation. She said she had 2 single beds for us. Big beds were only for groups of 5 or more people according to her. This is 5th year we go there and this is the first time they said this. Later on we saw at least 3 big beds occupied by max 2 persons. We took the single beds and placed an order. This was the last time our waiter asked us if we wanted something. The food was amazing. Simple dishes but very tastefull. We needed to chaise the waiter when we wanted to order something, he was too busy talking to girls. He also never came over to take away the plates. At the end of the brunch we asked for the bill. He came over and asked why we didnt got the desert. Well, because you never brought it... So the food is great but for the rest its terrible. Makes you feel like guests are there just to fill the space.
