Absolutely Horrible service received from this com...

Absolutely Horrible service received from this company. I got a call early December 2018 offering me a phone and I ordered the phone. Delivery was promised with 2 - 3 working days. Today is the 15 January 2019 a month later i still have not received the phone and no communication from them.
