Flexible has been our IT provider for our business for over 10 years now. They are reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. They ve helped us have seamless transitions through several office moves, including a very quick transition to set up work remotely due to COVID. They are available anytime and are always happy to help. The service they provide us has been invaluable over the years. Rick has been our main contact for many years and a true life saver. He s come to our rescue even on days off. We ve also had the pleasure of working with Jose who has been an absolute professional and always very responsive.
