They do a great job at General Optical. Dr.Klaussen was extremely thorough and very informative. I feel like the health of my eyes are in great hands. Thumbs up

If I had to mention one criticism it would be a general one. I wish the industry made it easier for Optometrists and Opticians to provide their patients with easier access to ordering frames that we want. This is not a knock on Dr. Klaussen and her staff. They are phenomenal. My sense is that their hands can be tied(limited) sometimes when trying to order a preferred set of frames for a customer.
