I brought my car in for an airbag recall last week...

I brought my car in for an airbag recall last week, the service advisor told me it would be ready a couple hours later. I received a call shortly thereafter to inform me that they did not have a slip ring required for the airbag installation, and they couldn t get my car done until the next day. Unprofessional and a waste of my time to not have the parts on hand for a scheduled appointment. The service advisor offered to pick me up the next day but what that actually meant was send me an Uber. Not a big deal but it happened to be a smelly gross Uber... Thanks guys. Living up to your reputation.

I think we all know that recalls are the ONLY reason to ever have a car serviced at any dealership. There are tons of Indy shops who can also do warranty repairs.
