While the programs & courses offered by ITU are good. Their student administrators, their ticketing system, response to tickets is dead slow, very unresponsive people. If you have any issue or need their help, you would need run their behind for many days & months and yet there is a less chance that they will respond.
I opened a ticket and it took 2 months 13 days to resolve and during that period, how many ever times you call, they will just say in progress and drop the call. This is the only place in the U.S where service is worst.
