I couldn't be more satisfied with Alexis and my purchase. I had a catalog with a pic and price of what I wanted and asked if they had a similar item and could match the price. It took her a while and several trips back to her manager but the price was matched within a few $$ and it was exactly what I wanted. Also, while there, had other ring stones checked, she showed us one where I was about to loose the diamonds so had that left for repair and she rearranged the pickup date to where we would be in that area and not have to make a special trip. This isn't the lst time I have been there to purchase and I'm sure it won't be the last and will definitely ask for Alexia again!
