Have been trying to get ahold of customer service ...

Have been trying to get ahold of customer service for weeks! I have sent three emails since it s not urgent but their automated response is that they will get back to you within 3-5 business days.... my first email was the week before Christmas and I haven t heard back. I have questions on customizing an item (which they do) and would be spending a fair amount of money and since they aren t answering questions I m going to have to look somewhere else. I really expected better.
