They are a debt collection service. Their job is to COLLECT DEBT. Not sure why people are rating one star because they are upset over them calling to try and get you to pay. If you can't afford something, don't buy it. I simply lost a bill, and they were more than happy to allow me to confirm that the call they made was legit before I made a payment later in the day. I would like to personally thank Cameron for being very respectful and polite on the phone, I'm sure he has to deal with a lot of people complaining all day every day. Not sure how someone can be so nice after being beat up all day by morons.
