I have a truck I've owned brand new for 5 years, never have had any sort of accident & Carfax is reporting my vehicle was a total loss in 2017. I emailed them several days ago & so far am getting absolutely no response & there's no phone # listed anywhere on their website. I finally thought to look for their corporate # & just found it but of course it is Friday night so will have to wait til Monday. Will update & adjust rating if ever resolved because this is detrimental
*updated- Finally got a response. Bad report was removed and I was sent an updated copy of the report. Still taking a star because so difficult to get someone on the phone!
