Placed an order in November 2020 and was 6-8 weeks...

Placed an order in November 2020 and was 6-8 weeks. We checked weekly on the status of the order to make sure there were no issues as this was an expensive order. Once 9 weeks had passed we contacted the company again and were told that California shipping had an additional 3-4 week delay due to covid. Even though this is a huge inconvenience we understood that things can happen out of a company's control. What I will never understand or accept is terrible customer service. We got no updates without reaching out first and when I expressed my frustration with this matter with the owner he was very rude. He repeatedly cut me off and offered no sense of reassurance that my order was on it's way and that everything would be ok. As a business you have to remain calm and always reassure your customer that you are respectful and competent in your business. I got neither from this company. Cancelled order and will not be doing any business with this company.
