This is one of those things you don t know exist until you need them. I came home from work to find everything submerged in water after the water heater broke and flooded the basement. My parents went through a similar situation a few years ago and said the company with the bright green trucks did a good job so I took their referral and called ServPro. Their techs arrived ready to work and turned my basement from a disaster zone back to pre-flood condition in a relatively short amount of time. They worked non-stop and deserve MVP applause for a job well done.
