Had a terrible experience in the emergency room. We were given the wrong diagnose for my son. I am from Cincinnati and I drove overnight back to Cincinnati Children's where my son received excellent treatment. The staff was rude and in my opinion unprofessional. I asked to speak with one of the doctor's concerning my son and she wouldn't even come back in the room to speak to me. The emergency room and staff are the worst ever.
