Continued 7-23-2019.......So Josh responded to my concern rather quickly. He promised to resolve the issue and He had Ruben call me this morning. Ruben was able to walk me thru process again and he pin pointed the problem in less than 5 minutes. We figured the previous technician might of missed a step causing the delay in connectivity. I appreciate the quick response and the integrity to fix the issue. I humbly change my previous rating from a 1 star to a 5 star, simply because GTek took accountability and over delivered on this one. Thank you Ruben and thank you Josh. Not many companies take ratings as serious as y all do, and I appreciate you guys.
