Ordered a replacement pool cover for 18 x 36 ingro...

Ordered a replacement pool cover for 18 x 36 inground pool. We hire someone to close our pool, so we left the box with the new cover in it for them to put on while we were at work. They went to put the cover on, and it was several feet short due to the entrance steps at the end of the pool. Wanted to exchange it for a larger size and was told that since it was opened, absolutely no exchange or refund, but they would discount the $11 handling fee for us to order a new cover. Are you kidding me? In retrospect, we understand that we should have accounted for the steps when ordering. But since we are consumers, and not pool professionals, shouldn't you have mentioned that when we chose the size pool cover? Wouldn't it have been professional of YOU to help your customer chose the correct size? Not to mention, the box the cover came in says that the cover is 23x41, which we were told now that should have been big enough to cover the steps. We ordered the size of our pool!!! We even expected to pay a restocking fee, since the box was indeed opened. But no help from In the Swim. Will never order supplies from them in the future, and do not recommend.
