worst experience ever. Placed an order online one week ago and got canceled because my information didnt not match their "public record". the customer service was terrible and did not help at all. The only thing they did was repeating "sorry, we cannot assist you further".

thank you bloomindale's. If I dont need to get the items and catch my flight, I would definitely spend my money somewhere else.
