Lousy service, I have been waiting for more than 1...

Lousy service, I have been waiting for more than 1 hour for the doctor in the emergency room and there are none there. I informed the nurse at the reception and he said that the doctor is there, I'm looking in the room but I think he must be playing hide and seek, because there is no one in the room.
