Editing because the customer service is still horrid. Doctors and therapists won't communicate to get my wife the treatments she needs. Receptionists know nothing and are an implemented barrier of entry that keep you from reaching anyone helpful. Can't get anything done or submitted to insurance, and this has been going on before COVID.

Wife had a stroke and went here. Although things went well in house, barrow has sat on her physical therapy order with no intention of notifying her or our insurance. Nobody will provide us the information we need or submit physical therapy orders to insurance.
