Events of past year in 2017 - Feb. 2018 for my Honda 2006 Pilot: I WENT IN TO GET MY OIL CHANGED May of 2017, SERVICE REP WAS COURTEOUS. The good news was that I didn't have to wait long and my vehicle was serviced in the time stated. When I arrived home I decided to check under the hood to check the work performed since the last visit they stated that a multicheck inspection was performed but failed to refill my antifreeze reservoir or to check my air pressure in my tires which were low in two of them.
On the second visit, later that year, another oil change and multipoint inspection they refilled my antifreeze but unfortunately for me they forgot to put the top back on. My last and most current visit, Feb. 2018, I went in for my usual oil change and multipoint inspection. Again, when I arrived home I decided to check all fluids to see if they were filled. Sadly, my transmission fluid was low so I decided to go back in early in the morning the following day to have my transmission fluid topped off. When I arrived I told the service rep my situation and as always they are polite, apologized and told me they would take care of it. So I left my Pilot at the drop off area.

Fortunately for me, I have a mechanical background so I know what to look for. I take my vehicle to them so I can have more time with my family. Many though do not have a clue what to look for and simply just rely in good faith that the tech performed everything the multipoint inspection said he/she was supposed to check.
These mishaps do not create confidence in me. My family and I have our cars serviced there because we expect top quality work from certified technicians.
Sadly, I feel that the work being performed there has poor quality control.
This is already three strikes for me. I love Honda's and am considering purchasing a new one but I guess I will have to try Honda of Cleveland dealership!
