Everyone has a friend or relative that has a real estate license and it s a hard decision to make when selling a home. For us, it came down to not mixing friends/family with personal matters, but I never really understood the difference between an agent with experience vs that friend/relative. My experience with Chris Karas and Marissa clarified and defined that for me and now my family is living in the home of our dreams thanks to them.
A realtor like Chris who has such a high level of knowledge and experience in this industry makes things happen. This is all encompassing- from the selling price of our home, the binsr negotiations, negotiating terms and the price of the new home, and most importantly protecting us and looking out for us.
