Great room and breakfast. The parking is paid vale...

Great room and breakfast. The parking is paid valet only, and costs $30 for overnight guests. I understand charging because of the downtown location. But $30 for an a hotel already on the pricier side makes the stay a bit expensive. Staff was great and provided us with a few odds and ends we had forgotten (toothbrushes and extra blankets).
