I was humbled to be in this historic house of worship! I stood in the same place so many other people have been to; pray, worship, learn, sing, praise, mourn, laugh, organize, grow, love, hope & share. When we are honest as we recall all of our past, we have true hope for changing our future! Thank you Atlanta, Ebenezer Baptist Church, National Park Service, citizens of Sweet Auburn, and everyone who helps to diligently maintain and safeguard this cornerstone of our American heritage!
