I reiterate the concept of outrageous and shameful. Buying through ebay from the Monclick dealer this happens on February 21, immediately after I realize I made a mistake and I will report it to the retailer as suggested by ebay I don't get any reply. if not an automatic e-mail telling me that the package is already being processed and cannot be canceled. The package arrives and I begin the practice for the withdrawal as indicated. fixed the day and time in which the courier brt must pick up the package and wait. The day and in the pre-established time range of the courier no trace so I call the nearest office and they tell me that the number is missing. Strange because when the package arrived the street number on the site was there. the next day they call me and bad luck wants me to be unable to answer, but I call immediately after they tell me that the withdrawal is closed. Withdrawal already paid. so I try desperately and unnecessarily a contact with monclick to start another practice at their expense this time, but the only voice on the phone that will answer you is that of an automatic robot in which in none of the combinations can you talk to a real operator. this point I start the practice of withdrawal with ebay as it protects the buyer. I send the package via Italian post office. but once he arrives there comes an email informing me that he will soon come back to me because the postman cannot enter the depots. they offered to pay the withdrawal this time asking to be contacted., but how on earth can I contact people who do not respond to emails or to the telephone? Shameful. I wonder how can it be that in the face of all the people frigate and disappointed by this e-commerce, it is still standing and above all supported by a great brand of electronic Electronics! it would be enough just to answer from civilized persons.
