My former tenant didn`t pay her water bill and I had to file a small claim to get the money back from her. The court agreed to file for garnishment (take out small amounts out of her pay every month until it is paid off). Her payments are managed by ascension. I called the garnishment departement in Indianapolis and they told me where exactly the court needs to send the documents. I paid my court fees and the certified delivery process plus the required 35$ check for Ascension. They cashed the check and returned a different Ascension address to have the court send papers. So I did that paid all fees and added the required payments for Ascension again and yet again it came back with a new address form Ascension.
This is very unprofessional!
