When I made an appointment to have my Toyota checked, the service department was very polite and professional. Although when I drove up for my scheduled service yesterday, there were two women standing near the drive up and I drove past them. They didn't seem very happy about that and I couldn't contrive why they were standing in the drive up lane. I waited for about 15 minutes and someone came out to talk to the ladies who were standing there, but ignored me, even though I made an appointment. I was very disappointed and left.
