Customer service in the service department is amazing. They've been very helpful from day one. I drive an extra 40 minutes in order to go to this dealership rather than the Hilton Head CDJ @ NRAM. This was my first car and the HHCDJ @ NRAM treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Here at Butler CDJ every thing is personal, I even spoke to the mechanics regarding certain problems. I recommend this dealership to anyone who has had a crap time with the Hilton Head CDJ @ NRAM. Come here, everyone is excellent!
