Disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone today with Sig Sauer pro shop in Epping. The guy on the phone kept telling me he couldn't sell me items I previously purchased over the phone from them before. Then he sounded annoyed when I kept trying to add items to my order. Imagine a company getting annoyed because you want to buy more of their products. I spend a lot of money with Sig but this experience has not left a good impression on me. Hopefully you can bring the customer service up to par with the quality of the products you produce. If they call me back to complete my order as they stated they would today I will update this post.
