The actual installation team was awesome, but the process to get it done was frustrating. SelectExp did not communicate once I confirmed that I didn t need any additional services. I had to call or email to find out what was going on and when my service would be completed (2 step process, and I had to initiate communication for both). Jonathan Rodriguez was the customer service rep assigned to my project and only returned my emails or calls when I asked for a refund, or asked for a Manager. I never received a call from a Manager and Jonathan did not provide a positive representation of the company. I m only giving a 2 rating because I am happy with the end result. I would not hire this company again. I would rather pay more to avoid the delays, stress, and frustration.
