If I could give them zero I would. I have 2 interact machine with this company and I have to call to customer service every week sometimes 2 times a week. Today I was on the line for more than 1 hours and call disconnected and no one called me back while the first thing they ask for in the beginning is a call back number! And still my problem has not solved! I called back to talk with a manager and they try to not connect me to that person! I m still on the line... do not waste your time and money with this company.
