Dan Mal was the listing agent on this property. I've been in the mortgage business for 26yrs and never worked with a worse listing agent. Been working on this transaction for 60days. A Fannie Mae owned home with several issues: 1) foreclosure deed wasn't recorded and 2) there were no legal recorded road easements. Dan over this period of time hasn't responded to one email. With the multiple issues on this property, the listing agent needed to get involved. Nothing from Dan Mal. I went to the property owners to get new road easements, because Dan did nothing nor responded to any communication, when it should have been the listing agent's responsibility. Then asked for the realtors to pitch in for gift cards to the property owners who voluntarily signed the easement agreements. Of course no response from Dan Mal. I've never worked with a worse realtor. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DAN MAL TO ANYONE. He doesn't take care of business. You should want a realtor that steps up to the plate and gets things done on your behalf. This would not be that realtor. It's amazing to me people like Dan that just ignore issues can stay in business.
