I was a little skeptical at first. But once we sat down and the drawing was coming together I have to say I was impressed! So much different than all the other places we visited around the area. The actually listen to what I wanted and didn't just try to push what was on the floor displayed. It was a little bit behind on the build scheduled in first estimated. But we're understanding and we know things happened they acknowledged that they were behind. They offer us a discount to compensate us. We're satisfied that they made right on their wrong. Their price was magnificent in the beginning and once they've made right on being a little tardy with that extra bonus discount at the end was a lot sweeter. We're really happy with how our Island turned out! Thanks guys!
