This past Sunday Jan.11,2015, I took my family and 91 year old mother (who wheelchair bound) and we all are limited income families, to "home show" at downtown convention center. Everybody was charging $ 8.00 a car, plus could not promise a wheelchair parking spot. After some wait, we did get one. I think if Riverside wants more people to come to there functions downtown should make it affordable to park cars. Aso we went to the Mission Inn for the festival of the lights we couldn't get close without parking and paying a fee for parking. We had to see it 2-3 blocks away by a drive-by.
