My mobile phone was stolen whilst in London. I was sent a new SIM card by Aerial and the Customer Service person I spoke to was very sympathetic, helpful, informative and reassuring. Every time I have needed to speak with an Aerial Team member, I have found them to be friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and have resolved any questions or concerns with regard to my mobile contract efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Aerial Direct.
