IF THERE WAS A ZERO star - this place is exactly that. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, when a long time customer forgot to put 1 item on counter is accused of theft by photo being put on display in store, in addition to counter staff frowning and "tut-tuting" while my wife was profusely apologising and explaining how embarrassed by the situation and happily handing over the correct amount for this 1 item initial shop of ~$60 had just been paid for. An honest mistake has cost this business $100's of dollars per week. These people clearly think every customer is guilty until proven innocent. Our family and friends will NEVER shop at the local IGA store again.
Staff need retraining or to move on and DO NOT assume every customer is a thief!
