First, I met Chase, who was informative and helpful in my decision-making and choice of A# 1 Air and specific Unit for my home. He was like an old friend giving good advice. He checked everything and helped me when deciding about costs and $$$! My neighbor had used a competitor and was not happy.:( The day of installation: Hugo, Charles and Bob arrived on time and were professional and took care to protect my home.
