The experience was amazing and I felt so welcomed. I first met Tim who was so kind and listened to all of my needs. I explained I came from another dealership where the customer service was terrible. He made sure this last experience would be one to remember. He then introduced me to Henry. Henry was very professional and didn't pressure me at all. He let me know that your first time purchasing can be extremely stressful but he was there to help. He treated me as if I were family. He went over and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. He followed up as promised and even dealt with a little attitude. August 4, 2016 I picked my first car up on the 1 year anniversary of my grandmothers death. That day was extremely draining but Henry welcomed me with open arms. We had to finalize some paperwork and this is where I met Mike. In the middle of getting everything signed I received a call from my sons daycare that he needed to be picked up. Great! I'm trying to handle business and my son is having a tantrum because he has been at the daycare an entire 17 minutes over his normal time. Frustrated, emotional and drained, Mike told me to "go get your son and don't speed." It was that moment I knew I was in the right place. My son and I drove off the lot in a brand new car. Not only was my son able to witness his mother purchase her first car but my grandfather who is 91 was by my side. My son, who now thinks I'm rich, can make it to and from school in a reliable car. My grandmother led me into the right dealership, the same one she dealt with years prior when she purchased her first car. Thank you Tim, Henry and Mike. You guys are stuck with me now :)
