So Saturday I scheduled an oil change or I thought was with A rep that did confirm
I had an appointment but then said she did not know how to schedule and she will make sure when the other rep comes back from lunch she will make sure my appointment gets scheduled. I called to confirm this morning and Mara answers. Says she does not see an appointment for today 8/24. Let her know I called Sat and the rep told me she did not know how to do it but was going to make sure she had it in. Gave her our info to look it up. Says she does not see an apt. Dead silent.... I asked if she was going to try to help me figure this out or transfer me to someone that will .. she laughs! :-( Asked for a manager she does not say sure hold on while I transfer you. I get a Voicemail. Taking my business to a Chevy Dealership that actually wants our business...
