I've been calling for a week to get somebody on the phone so I can get my rent balance corrected to be able to pay my bill only to get bounced between multiple answering machines, and leave messages that are not returned or followed up on. Today, I took time off from work to drive over to the office, to find it not open. How do you manage a property, with no points of contact? No email, nobody returning calls, nobody at the office.
