Arrived 5 pm waited 40 min for my case to be brought to my room, room floor very dusty very tiny balcony pictures show sunbeds on balconies I have a plastic chair can't stand plastic before coming here I emailed to enquire about cocktails and was told they have a vast choice there are 3 none of which I drink I paid extra for adults area and was led to believe I could have anything oh no this is going to be a nightmare holiday and does not look 4 star first impressions
