I bought a window air conditioner here. Over a week later we unpacked and installed it, only to find that it was defective. Management and staff at the Center Line store could not have been more helpful or understanding. We returned the bad unit along with packaging that we had all but destroyed to fit it into a trash can, and they loaded up a replacement unit into our vehicle. The entire transaction took minutes. I wish I had gotten names of the store personnel so I could thank them on here personally! Will not hesitate to buy here again.
