My stay was OK. my room had a very nice bathroom and everything was very clean and well presented. The room was adequate. My main issues relate to sleep. The bed was rather soft, as were the pillows. On the other hand, this is personal preference. More distracting was the sense i had that the bed sloped outwards, and that I was being pushed towards the edge of the bed as I lay there. Ultimately, having stayed in plenty of 4* hotels, my experience of the 5* hotel was no different to them.
