I can not leave a positive mark on internship applications. I applied for a student internship in the summer of 2018, but was referred to the beginning of next year. That's why I applied again in January 2019 and was referred to the online application form, arguing that because of the many internship requests, they did not accept applications sent by email. At the same time is on their website that you should apply via email (see screenshot below). I then applied again via the said online mask and uploaded all requested documents (letter of motivation, CV, work samples, school certificate for the internship). A little later I get an email that tells me that my application is incomplete and therefore not considered. So I write to her and ask what is missing in my application. And instead of sending me a helpful answer, I get an email with a link that sends me to their website, where it is invited to apply by email. A more detailed information about what is missing in my application, I have not received until today. I'm just disappointed, I expected more professionalism and support from a broadcaster with such a good reputation.
