I've had Wadena for at least 8 years. It was brought to my attention a claim I understood was still pending was closed in April 2018 without any further action and without any damages paid. This is from an accident that happened in September 2015. In the interim I had discussions with the adjuster, the most recent on 2/2/18.

The adjuster made no attempt to update me on the status. I just found out while checking rates with other companies of this 'incident' on my record.

The claim is a result of a 3rd party trying to perpetuate insurance fraud claiming neck and back injuries. I was there shortly after the accident occurred as it was my vehicle that got totaled due to a red light runner. The person trying to scam the system was totally fine. All my attempts to reveal the fraud with the adjuster or IMT were totally ignored. Despite the fraud attempt and the court rejecting personal injury claims IMT is showing me as if I filed the claim. Yes it was my vehicle, however I wasn't the person claiming personal injury. That has to change. So much for being worry free.....
