WONDERFUL COMPANY. Great value, great service. All you have to do is read their guidance carefully (some people complained about broken furniture, which they clearly state they will not insure). I was a student shipping a few suitcases and boxes from the UK to USA and this was my cheapest option by 100s. I was a little worried by the bad reviews, but they have a very straightforward online quotation system and very prompt customer service agents that are instantly available by chat. I missed my first collection date and they were very helpful and accommodating when I needed to reschedule it (and were able to pickup from a storage facility near my house after I moved out). VERY SATISFIED.
