unbelievably incompetent - inept in finishing the sale by totally fumbling the state plates and registration. i had to argue with them just to get my plates and they half assed it on sending a temporary state registration. i had to fight every step of the way just to get my vehicle legal in my state. if your not from va - don't buy from them, believe me - it will save you much time and a lot of aggravation. i would give no stars but they won't allow that.

I'm still having issues with this dealership. After 2 months my state and the lender haven't received their paperwork from yhis dealership. I called numerous times and cannot get anyone to talk on the phone. Their incompetence just doesn't stop. Why can't this deal be complete? Why can't they just do what they are supposed to do? The lender is threatening me because they don't have the title with lein , my state cannot give me my permanent registration because the dealership hasn't sent all the paperwork. How incompetent can a business be? They sell cars. Why am i having problems?
