Honestly, I had such awful experience with this company!
I am still paying hard the consequences of their decisions without my knowledge!
Such not fair service for the price I paid.

To be precise, Ms Melanie and Ms Laura were perfectly aware that the length of the visa was crucial for my case, so that I got quoted and charged a lot of money for 24 months Training visa.
My boss and I sent out a 24 months training program via email to both the above firms.
Ms Vizza and Ms Macfarlane have been editing this 24training plan in 12 months without my boss and my consent. Ours signatures were missing in the paperwork submitted. Sooo...for this reason, it is evident that no communications and no approval has been exchanged between the parties about these adjustments.
The company keeps justifying for this action by not saying how the things went exactly and by stating that decision was made on my benefit.
To easy as response!
I got a visa approved for 12 months because, without my knowledge,the training plan submitted were for 12 months but I got charged for a 24months visa for my benefit .
No standard reply copied from internet to this review can justify the lack of professionalism of this company.
