SAMSUNG ZERO in Quality !!!
I bought a high-end TV from Samsung in January 2017 and after 3 years it is disabled, after 2 serious and identical breakdowns (panel change -shield-), the first at 18 months covered by the warranty, and the second at following 18 months of which Samsung is inhibited, arguing that the equipment is out of warranty (true according to the law), and without offering any alternative for a product of 1,500 cost and clearly DO NOT CONFORM with what they should be the standards of a leading brand in the sector.
Investigating in the media, I have been able to verify that my problem is very widespread in TVs of similar Samsung series, which confirms my previous statement of total absence of quality (or control of it), when not, a possible Programmed obsolescence poorly calculated. "
It is unacceptable that a team of that level suffers a serious breakdown on a recurring basis every 18 months and the brand is not responsible for it. That's why I say: SAMSUNC ZERO in Quality, but also in support and customer service !!!
Moral: Analyze well if you are interested in buying Samsung products, from now on I will buy LG without any doubt
